I specialize in supporting people navigating ADHD (youth & adult), Marriage/dating, and self-perception. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD - Inattentive over 10 years ago and married with kids, I understand the challenges that my clients face. My clients (and their families) appreciate the relaxed environment, personal connection, accountability, & the alternative perspectives that I provide. Clients enjoy speaking their truth unfiltered and being responded to with compassion.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral and positive psychology techniques to help my clients discover their strengths, identify goals, and create action plans to reach their desired outcomes. I equip my clients with the tools, skills, and mindsets necessary to make and maintain progress.
