About Me

I have brought a people-first approach to the backbone of my personal and professional life, and my self-discovery journey began when I realized that my anxiety was getting in the way of seeing my life in color. When nothing was ‘wrong’ on the outside, I decided to go inward to discover what I could find.

Why was it that the inside looked pretty bleak in relation to how good things seemed on the outside?

I found that the overarching term of anxiety was overshadowing things like perfectionism, hyper-independence, over-thinking, and people pleasing, and the empathetic nature that I loved about myself was simultaneously being self-sabotaged against me. The slow and steady process of adding tools such as walks, therapy, podcasts, meditation, journaling, and learning as much as I could about psychology, mental health, spirituality, and neuroscience gave me the types of insights to transform my empathic core from the inside out.

It is the loving principles our world is based upon and the confidence to own your emotions wholeheartedly that drive the soft strength that I have been able to build, and I am now bringing the framework of these concepts to others through self-development coaching. In the reality of hustle culture and logic-promoted living, I am here to showcase how my clients can embrace the softness of life to build more fulfilling lives with the practicalities that come with our real-life circumstances at hand.

From seeing the success of these approaches from managing a team of 15+ direct reports and spearheading the beginnings of a People Operations department, I am embracing these ideologies in more in-depth capacities by bringing them to a wider audience with my own coaching practice. I am ready to work with people who understand that transforming your life, or even a corner of it, is not a quick fix, and those who are looking to get to the root of their stuck-ness to unravel and discover their most authentic desires and purpose.
