About Me

I am an Accredited Executive & Leadership Coach, trained through the International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Rayner Institute. I am also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) with over 15 years of experience working with leaders and executives in a variety of industries. My career has focused on being a trusted partner to the leaders that I support through active listening, providing honest feedback and observations, and asking questions that allow for greater understanding.

As a professional coach I will work with you to identify what you want for yourself, to identify your goals, and to examine what might be supporting or hindering you in achieving those goals.
