About Me

I have had the opportunity to work with companies that had no processes in place, some of which that didn't realize that they were missing steps in getting to the next level due to not seeing the full picture. Without processes, change is bad, hard or any other harsh word you can think of because no one knows how you got to that place, nor how to move forward from it. As President, CEO, Mr/Mrs. Business Owner, you may know exactly the idea that you have and the goals of what you want, however when it comes to implementation, you may have questions and need someone to analyze the situation.
By allowing your company to be analyzed, processes can be put in place that allow you to see your path and better know where you are going and how you plan to get there. Whether that star employee leaves or stays, you know what he/she is doing to return the results that you want and your business needs. Indirect processes cost time, a precious commodity that we can't take back.
I have more than 8 years of building proccesses for companies that need direction. I am an action oriented and energetic Business Analyst who is an expert at identifying areas within a business which need updating or improving. I have a record of accomplishment of quickly finding out what is important to a business and coming up with innovative solutions to shortcomings. I can collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and then use that information to contribute to the profitability and efficiency of a business. My key strengths lie in my ability to successfully initiate, execute and close projects. On a personal level, I am flexible to the changing needs of a business and am someone who approaches obstacles proactively.
