I was outwardly successful working at one of the most prestigious consulting firms in the world, but spiritually drained, stressed, and not present. Balancing work and family seemed impossible. (Any of this sounding familiar?) I turned my life around, and now coach people on how to create a life that inspires them. (Who doesn't want THAT?!)

I have more than eleven years of consulting experience working with two of the largest and most reputable management consulting firms in the world, helping with multi-million dollar projects and coaching senior executive leaders.

I earned a Leadership Coaching certificate, and a Masters in Organizational Management/Communication, from the George Washington University and gained extensive coaching training through Landmark Worldwide. I am also a trained and certified reiki master, and am naturally intuitive and empathetic.
