From Chaos to Clarity.
I grew up as a preacher’s kid—learning early on what was considered “right” and “wrong.” But life wasn’t black and white. I saw a lot of contradictions, especially from people who were supposed to lead with truth. That confusion shaped me… but it didn’t break me.

Therapy helped me untangle the mess and gave me the space to heal. Now, I help others do the same—especially men and young guys who’ve been told to stay quiet, toughen up, or bury it. I’ve been there. I get it.
