About Me

I am a former science teacher and soccer coach, turned mental performance coach. I graduated with my Master's Degree from the University of Denver's Sport and Performance Psychology program. My interest in helping people remove personal barriers to reach higher levels of development and performance has led me to work with a diverse collection of performers- including collegiate and professional athletes, Special Forces and various military operators, startup founders, C-Suite level executives, and education professionals. In blending my education background with my sport psychology and performance training, I have discovered that promoting psychological flexibility and emotional agility offers individuals a new way of thinking about their performances and potential. Additionally, I have found that helping others be open to their experiences and accept them for what they are reduces the influence of psychological entropy and allows them to focus on what’s important to them.
