Jonathan’s advocacy for the power of creativity to drive success offers a fresh perspective in the business marketplace. Creativity, often viewed as a gift only bestowed on some, is innate in all of us, given the right environment to develop. The Law of Requisite Variety states: “The person with the most flexibility in a system will have the most influence.”
In leadership, flexibility is the highest currency. Drawing on his background with a doctorate in music and over fifteen years working in complex organizational systems, Jonathan sees the forest and the trees, and how they all connect and relate. A tree survives by being flexible enough in the branches to move with the wind, while requiring a stable root system to ensure vitality. Jonathan helps clients creatively find solutions while remaining adaptable to change and grounded in a structure that supports them.
Jonathan brings a decade of experience as the Associate Director of Music at a 7,000-member church in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. His most significant contribution included the rebranding of the underperforming Music Academy into a robust and multi-faceted Arts Foundation, where he served as Founding Director.
As a performing artist, Gregoire is passionate about the power of music to heal and transform. His formal educational training, culminating in a doctorate in music and an artist diploma, provide the strong technical and academic knowledge to underscore his artistry. Further personal study and attunement as a Master Reiki practitioner augments the healing capacity of his musical output. An advocate for music at 432 hz, his recordings provide a transcendental experience promoting restoration, healing, and tranquility.

My business was thriving when I started working with Jonathan, I was just feeling a little lost in what steps to take next or where to find motivation for new ventures. I was so grateful for having a thriving business, but I was also feeling very overwhelmed with the thought of growth or planning the next coming year. I knew I needed to be careful of burning out, yet I was afraid to price myself too high for my comfort level and for my ideal clients. I realized I offered more to my clients than just vocal technique lessons, but wasn’t sure how comfortable I was packaging those extras into additional services or even listing them as additional benefits that clients receive for booking with me. I was afraid of seeming boastful or “salesy” but also recognized that I needed to make a shift in my business in order to find a better work life balance. Working with Jonathan was comfortable and clarifying and actually invigorating in ways I did not expect. I would find myself suddenly having ideas for new courses or offerings or events that made me excited and would only then realize that the ideas were coming because we had opened my ability to be excited and creative in my business again.
