About Me

Johnny has over 28 years of experience in the Sales and Sales Management Field. His early start as a door-to-door salesman triggered his passion for Selling as a profession. During his sales career, he has sold B to B and B to C in different industries, products, services, concepts, and Ideas. He started afterward recruiting, leading and training sales people on the Science and Art of Selling. His career then progressed to take on the role of management consultancy on Sales, Recruitment & Training for various regional companies.

Johnny’s frustration with the fact that training alone did not always produce the desired results. Trainees were able to learn the needed skills during training, yet they were not always able to shift their behaviors and attitudes to produce those results; this prompted him to seek new ways and advanced techniques & tools to induce the much-needed change in behaviors and attitudes which are the fuel for any significant achievement.

That was when he pursued a certification in Life & Executive Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He is also a founding member of The Lebanese Coach Association (LCA). He got also certified by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a certified Master Hypnotist as well as a Master certification in Time Line Therapy® then added an NLP Coach Certification from The British Association of NLP (ANLP). He recently added a Master Coach Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute.

He founded Crossroad Coaches in 2009 and is the personal Life & Executive Coach for individuals and Corporate Executives from different industries, from Sales Professionals to Managing Directors and CEOs.
