About Me

I work in an engaged, collaborative way meeting the client "where they are". It is important that the agenda is driven by the client and their wants/needs rather than by what I think they should need. Asking the right questions and listening is of utmost importance. It is also important to define the outcomes desired as a result of this process.

Feedback to me has indicated that strengths include how I bring theory to practice, my ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization, and the fact that I actually worked inside a high-performing company (Procter & Gamble) for several years, so I've experienced internal organizational dynamics.

Formal education as an engineer as well as advanced education in the behavioral sciences enables me to connect with a broad range of individual backgrounds. I have been Sr. Faculty with The NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science for many years.

I, along with a partner, founded The Delphi Group, Inc. consulting firm 20+ years ago. This has afforded extensive experience in Building & Executing Strategy, Creating Culture to Support Strategy, Developing High Performing Teams, Management & Leadership Development, Coaching & Customized 360 Feedback, and Working Through Differences/Conflict Resolution.
