About Me
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and I am Board Certified through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), with specialty designations in Career, Executive, Corporate, Business and Leadership. I am also a credentialed Divorce Transition Coach. I founded my coaching practice, Resolute Consulting Group, in 2003. My core methodology centers on career, personal and financial progress through authentic leadership.
My undergraduate degree was earned at Southern Connecticut State University. I graduated there with a commission as a United States Marine Corps officer through the Marine Corps Platoon Leaders Class program. I commanded an infantry rifle platoon overseas and also flew missions aboard Marine Forward Air Control (FAC) aircraft.
Following military service, I advanced through leadership and senior executive roles at Texas Instruments, Inc., Beech Aircraft Corporation and American Airlines’ Sky Chefs, where I led a successful array of multi-national ventures and acquisitions. Prior to founding Resolute Consulting Group, I served in senior leadership roles in the executive and career consulting sector as a Partner and Senior Vice President at Reedie & Company LLC, and Partner of the global search firm Ray & Berndtson.
I earned a Graduate Certificate (GC) at the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and taught MBA students in executive career management there as an adjunct faculty member. I am also a graduate of the Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at Harvard University, the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
My clients typically meet with me at either of my two Atlanta area offices or at my office in Sarasota, Florida.
