I am John Rosas, Psychotherapist and Founder of Mindlevate. I specialize in helping millennials- emerging leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and college students, from diverse cultural backgrounds to master their mindset and champion their lives.

Together we will dig deep into your core values, step into your beliefs, and take a look into the rule book of your life. I will help you build clarity and identify your goals, challenge your thinking and help you build & implement behavioral action plans that align to your goals and values. While also empowering you and keeping you accountable for the things that matter the most to you.

I am certified and have extensive experience helping diverse populations with life coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Seeking Safety, and other evidence practices.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia, Virginia and California.
