About Me
We are Small Family Business Specialists. Our company name is Kuder Consulting Group. We’re located in Tampa, FL but we can and do work virtually with clients around the world. It’s easy to learn more about us online by searching our company name.
Being in a family business is not like working any other job. The personal stakes are much higher; your family assets are at risk. So are your relationships.
My thirty-year career as 3rd generation in a family citrus and cattle business gave me deep experience with the frustrations of working with family. We also lived next door to my parents on the family property for 20 of those years.
Connie, my wife & partner, is the 10th generation of a Midwest farming family and she worked in our family business for a decade after our children were grown.
Our combination of specialized training and many years of coaching and consulting makes us unique in the business coaching world.
