In 2000, I discovered my purpose and my vision. That was not until I was 35 years old! Prior to that, I would not say I was not exactly unsuccessful. But I was not Unbelievably Successful. I have perfected the journey of becoming unbelievably successful and plan to release a book on the subject by the end of this year.

Being there myself, I believe strongly in holistic and no-nonsense approaches to improving people’s personal and professional lives. My varied background includes 21 years in the US Air Force; consultant with the top-rated consulting firm, Booz | Allen | Hamilton; internal coach and consultant with the Fortune 100, United Services Automobile Association (USAA); and owning my own coaching and consulting business since 2008. I also own and operate four other small businesses.

I am a Doctoral student in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, hold a Master’s in Quality Systems Management, and have a Bachelor’s in Management. I have multiple business certifications and education in process improvement, change management, technology, project management, and agile.

I run an annual micro-coaching program that is popular with big-name enterprises as well as individuals. You receive up to one 15-minute coaching call a week.
