Coach John worked with me on health and fitness goals. I have always loved to exercise, but I struggled to maintain any routine. John's questions helped me realize that the routine wasn't the problem. My real problem was that I was using other people's routines for my body. The reason I stopped following these routines was because they were actually hurting my body. John was kind enough to relate his own personal history with injuries which helped me drop the bravado and choose activities that were suited to me. And he still checks in on me. Thank you John!

Valuable experience, highly recommend! I have worked with other coaches before but John really gets me. He is very observant and spoke up about things that I didn't even notice that I didn't think were important but actually, they really were. I really enjoyed the way that John shared his observations with me, and that I could say no I disagree and I didn't feel like he was judging me. He has many useful tools and working with the NLP technique was a very interesting experience. I would happily seek him out again to discuss my goals around being a community leader, business owner and co-founder.

I chose John as my coach for handling life and personal challenges because of his straightforward and compassionate style. His quick instincts and nonjudgmental stance empowered me to face an area of internal conflict that was blocking me from moving forward in my decisions. Through the powerful exercises and guidance, I was able to gain new perspectives and see how I was living for others while not knowing myself or living from my own heart and values. I am pleased at how my relationships have both deepened and relaxed and I feel free and light and in charge of my direction and choices. John was the exact catalyst I needed to help me figure out where I wanted to go and how to get there. Joy Wong, educator starting up a small business
