About Me
I'm passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential! What brought me to coaching is a long story, but my education is originally in engineering research. I am currently serving as director of engineering at a health tech startup while finishing a masters in organizational psychology at Harvard. I have also been the main organizer of a Boston-based Meetup group since 2017 that focuses on psychology and personal development.
I work with my coaching clients on a wide range of topics including career advancement, navigating a career shift (including going from school to industry), mapping out workplace dynamics, and developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. There's a lot to learn and so much to keep track of all at once in our fast-paced world. I collaborate with my clients to unpack it all so they can achieve their goals sooner.
Thanks so much for checking me out here on Noomii. Please send me a message if you have questions or are interested in working with me.
Be well!

I came across Noomii after looking at some career advice posts on Reddit. Though I have a Commerce Degree (Accounting and Finance), I pursued various jobs in my life - accounts, admin, sales, customer service and building houses/renovations. I was unsure where to go next and what would truly make me happy so I considered getting a careers coach on Noomii. I filled in the form and they soon put me in touch with Johannes Traa. He was empathetic and listened well to what I had to say. He thoughtfully asked questions and provided suggestions and recommendations as to what I should think about and what steps I should take next. Besides our sessions, he also emailed me resources and tests which were very helpful in helping me to see my skills, experience and personality and which jobs would best satisfy me and ones which I'd do well in. He then discussed my results and research in the following sessions and provided encouragement, advice and further resources to help me. I'd definitely recommend him to get a better insight for those who aren't sure about what sort of career would suit them.
