About Me

I am grateful to work with people that are looking to better understand themselves, discover their passion and true potential. You may not be where you want to be professionally, you feel something is missing and you may be wondering how to navigate and build satisfaction and success. These are normal questions. This is where my coaching comes in. We start by better understanding what really matters and prioritizing. My clients are pleased to have a sense of clarity and focus. They are moved to take action and steps to achieving goals.

I am a bilingual (English/French) personal and professional certified coach with over 20 years of local and international human resource experience. I have been coaching since my certification for over 10 years now! I am passionate and results-oriented. I am a certified psychometric and leadership practitioner and facilitator and incorporate my expertise into coaching. I am also a mom, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. I have been a caregiver. I run, ski and practice mindfulness. And at the end of the day I want to contribute to a better and kinder world now and in the next seven generations to come.
