Johann (Jo) is a well-respected and straightforward seasoned nonprofit executive with a significant track record of program success. She has over 25 years of experience in increasing nonprofit organizations' capacities by providing leadership development, coaching, program support, and content-based training. She knows how to build on mission, vision, and values to address systems, structure, and staffing.

She is known as a “fixer”. She has the proven ability to restructure failing programs to improve productivity and accountability, revitalize evidence-based programs, and breakthrough performance barriers.

Jo is passionate about helping organizations create internal systems and structures to accelerate sustainable leadership development, growth, and fundraising. She is an adjunct at Mercy University, teaching management courses.
