About Me
In 2020, the pandemic showed me that my true purpose in life was to make a meaningful change in the lives of people I meet. To make an impact beyond the tech industry, I successfully transitioned from a thriving career in Technical Support to become a dedicated and compassionate life coach. I now empower individuals to unleash their inner strengths, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and create positive change. What unique qualities do I bring as a coach?
✔ I utilize a holistic approach to help clients identify and redefine their personal and professional goals.
✔I always abide by the ICF's code of ethics, and work to rigorously uphold their core competencies. I hold an active Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential from them, and have several other coaching certifications by accredited bodies.
✔I understand new problems that our society is grappling with, like internet and technology addictions, record lows of depression and self-fulfillment, and feeling "stuck" with no path forward.
✔I specialize with neurodiverse issues, including autism and ADHD. As someone who has both of these diagnoses, I know we need special consideration, but we're very much able to thrive.
✔While I seek to help my clients find motivation to complete manageable goals, I also believe that self-understanding is the best antidote to the barriers in our lives, and WITHIN ourselves.
✔Lifelong learner. Autodidact. Passion for self-improvement, mental health, inter-relationality, and creative self-expression.

Joe is an incredible life coach. When we first started working together (during the pandemic), I was unemployed, anti-social, and had no prospects or plan for getting my life back on track. Over the last couple years, he's met with me as needed (weekly or bi-weekly) to help me improve my daily habits and get back to where I need to be. My life looks a million percent better now than it did then, with a great job, an active social life, and a comfortable routine and structure that are absolutely required for my happiness and stability. Joe is flexible in terms of approach, and is always able to pivot to what I need at any given moment, which is key for a great life coach. He's reliable, trustworthy, and not only gives amazing and useful feedback, but helps deep dive into issues with varied suggested solutions. I'm continually moving forward in all aspects of my life in large part due to his help.
