Hi, I'm Joan Bell, 

The Lifestyle-first Coach where you get to drop all the stories, drama and trauma that have held you back from taking that giant leap into a stage of self-efficacy that leaves you breathless.

I take my clients deeper than they've ever been so they can reveal those thoughts, feelings and beliefs that they'd rather not face. And I make it (almost) effortless. Once something is revealed, it has nowhere to hide.

Once revealed, I guide you through processes and teach you skills so that you never again need to accept what the world or anyone in it 'throws at you" You'll learn how to access and control your innate PowerZone, and have the ability to nip in the bud anything that might 'upset' your equilibrium.

The depth of my coaching and the commitment you need to make to your own transformation isn't for everyone. There are no fluff or cookie-cutter 'solutions' here. In fact, we spend up to 2 full sessions to get to your core issue before we even begin any coaching.

You'd be an ideal client if you are well-versed with coaching and personal development at a high level and won't shrink from feeling feelings and addressing them at a neurological level. Your personal commitment is key.
