About Me

My coaching work is centered on empowering accomplished professionals to navigate personal relationships with emotional intelligence and authenticity.

Growing up in a family where Love was associated with mental illness and abuse, I both married a husband, and then a committed to a partner once I was divorced, who both continued the legacy of Love as abuse and mental illness.

As a single mother, I was gutted by these experiences. And, made a clear choice for Love when I actively pursued personal growth opportunities, training, mentors and coaches to support me in living into Legendary Love.

Now, as high functioning highly sensitive adult, a powerful force and a catalyst for change, I use essential skills like empathetic listening, vulnerability, and genuine understanding to both teach and empower my clients to create lasting and meaningful connections as foundational to the work I do.

I'm also remarried to my Legendary Love.
