About Me

Hello! My name is Jimesa and I am the Founder of White Pearl Consulting and Coaching. I have worked professionally as a Business Strategist, Trainer/Presenter and Professional Coach for over 20 years within many major organizations. I believe that my vast career path has only strengthened my understanding and experience of business.

I absolutely LOVE what I do and I LOVE to see my clients succeed! Some would say that I take my clients success personally. I actually began my own Entrepreneurship journey in Atlanta, GA in 2004 with my Family's Service Business after completing my MBA. It was during this unique career journey where I noticed my passion for connecting with others and my desire to support Entrepreneurs. I hated to see the "business failure rate" in college and sought out to do something about those numbers. Diving deep into the local small business community, I wanted to know WHY so many businesses actually failed and boy did I learn a lot! So I started in the trenches, working to educate and support some of the most passionate people I found who had taken the leap of faith into entrepreneurship.

Ultimately one could say that I decided to follow my heart for Personal Development through Coaching and Entrepreneurship Training when I founded White Pearl Inc in 2017, however prior to forming White Pearl, I worked independently 1:1 with eager Entrepreneurs for many years. Yes, I hold a Master of Psychology (MS) degree with an emphasis in Coaching but what that really means to you is that I have invested in myself to ensure that you get your moneys worth!
