About Me

My coaching work, whether in person locally and regionally or via telephone around the world, is designed to help professionals maximize their potential. By supporting clients through the collaborative process of designing, effectuating and sustaining change, I provide accountability and the opportunity to create effective and personalized success strategies.
I also have extensive work in what I think of as "de-escalation" -- helping professionals view news and politics from a more objective lens and separate from the venom and entanglements many people now see. Let's look at a new perspective!

I hold coaching certifications from both the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC). My education includes a BA (summa cum laude) from Susquehanna University and a JD from the Penn State-Dickinson School of Law.

Companies and industries I regularly work in include healthcare, finance, and tech. I also routinely use my legal background to assist lawyers and law firms in their ongoing development.

I am also passionate about helping people become more financially successful and confident. It can be challenging to figure out jobs, money, and management of our lives. Allow me to be your confident and ally on that journey. I learned from my own errors and sidesteps--let me help you as you move forward.

I currently am involved in extensive executive coaching work with several Fortune 500 companies as well as "up and coming" professionals within the US Government. I work with lawyers seeking to change firms or careers, physicians at both large and small medical facilities, and other executives and professionals seeking to improve their own skills and lives and move in new directions.

My greatest passion is in helping people gain confidence and get ahead--let's talk about how to make that happen.
