About Me

My approach is two pronged: 1) Using Motivational Interviewing and other traditional coaching techniques to help you shift your mental-emotional patterns so that you can have a more fulfilling life situation. I lovingly refer to this as 'massaging the ego'. 2) Leveraging Transpersonal and Spiritual techniques to help you increase your conscious awareness and exit the happy/sad duality, fostering internal peace regardless of how your life situation is taking form. In other-words, encouraging a 'dropping of the ego'.

Collaboration is key. I may help you drop in and open up, but ultimately, only you know your highest truth. Thus, whatever our work together actually looks like is highly dependent on your needs and desires - we can be creative and have fun with this. :)

I come from the perspective that Universal Truth exists and can be found all around us, including in the world's various religions, philosophies, and spiritual traditions. Awakening experiences or what are commonly referred to as spiritual experiences can also be seen from a secular perspective - the person having them doesn't need to hold any kind of belief that would normally be classified as religious or spiritual. Whatever view of reality that you hold, I will aim to see through that lenses. My personal practice is centered around non-duality and mysticism, so this is where I have the most ability to offer peer-support.
