About Me

For the past 17 years, I've used the principles of positive psychology, authentic prosperity, life balance and ideal work climate to help my clients know what THEY really want, and get it. Person-centered approaches assure that you will not be given a cookie cutter plan, but rather, a process to help you balance aspects of your life and work that require focus, with aspects that allow you to just BE. You will be more clear than ever before about what you need and want, and how to allow it.
I have found that the most fulfilling work that I could possibly ever do, is to show up for, guide, and coach people into believing and living their vision. I've applied what I learned from a Master's in Counseling education, being a licemced therapist and from being a former professor of Career Planning and Decision Making at a university to help individuals, CEOs, and corporate managers release whatever Is holding them back, and replace it with new thinking, skills and supports.
Many executives push their way to each goal, while overlooking their health and other basic needs, not realizing that they are weakening the cornerstone and foundation of their entire organization.

Our effective, focused and fun sessions will happen via a secure video call. Also.I have worked in corporate offices, homes, schools and the community. So when scheduling allows, and for an optimal experience, I can customize an in-person package.
