About Me

My life purpose is to work one on one with others to help them find their passion and drive in order to live a life that is better than they ever dreamed of. I believe that your life is a beautiful masterpiece and that you have the power to live it with balance.

My intuitive and holistic approach to coaching focuses on what might be out of balance in the body systems (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) and to support my clients with tools to bring those systems back into an aligned and empowered state. With my background in dance, massage therapy, Pilates, personal training, meditation, Reiki, instruction, mentorship and one-on-one/group coaching, you will receive well-rounded sessions with customized action plans to support all areas of your life.

My background started in professional dance and evolved into massage therapy, Pilates and personal training, meditation and Reiki mastery. I have been in these industry in some sort of capacity for over 13 years.

From self worth issues to burn out, to relationships, career and spirituality, I have been though it all and am passionate about supporting you on your journey and helping you to live your true life purpose as your powerful and authentic self!
