About Me

Who I Work With
As a coach, I work with leaders who are focused on moving from good to great and want to dial up their effectiveness with their teams and their impact on the organization. I also work with leaders who are looking to gain a foothold to move their career forward, striving for more balance, or just want a sounding board as they move through transition and change.

What I Do
On the surface, coaching seems simple -- it's all about listening closely and asking questions. But the effects are much more profound, resulting in a greater sense of clarity around what you want, and increased motivation to go after it. As a coach, I help clients find insight and direction, then build momentum and drive to move forward towards growth.

While the coaching conversations primarily explore career or business shifts, it's common that general life stuff works its way in, too. My approach to coaching is about considering everything you are. Because being awesome can’t be compartmentalized.

About Me
I've spent the past 15 years focused on leadership consulting, and bring this wide range of knowledge, experience and insight to my coaching. My clients range from small startups to large corporations, from retail to technology. However, across all my work I bring a quick sense of humor, deep creativity and a down-to-earth approach.
