About Me

I believe that life's challenges are to be met with gratitude and not despair. That growth through these experiences pushes us to become better, more whole. I've had my share of challenges and know there will be more to come. I have battled depression, self loathing, poor body image, victim mentality, bitterness.. and was even diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 24 years of age. I credit strong will, positive spirit and loving forgiveness as some of the tools I used to move through these challenges. There is life and love and light on the other side of each and every thing that life will present you with - let me guide you on that journey.
