About Me

I have trained under a life coach who trained with Marisa Peer specializing in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) which is a technique where we work on the subconscious level to transform the programing we have received over the course of our life. I used this training in my own personal life and know how powerful it is. I went through an extremely difficult time in my life and spent a few years in traditional talk therapy which helped temporarily but I still felt sad. With this life coaching program I am able to help clear the nervous system and really get to the root of the challenges we face in this life. I have helped many people work through trauma, divorce, and family challenges. I look forward to providing a safe and powerful space to discover the answers to create the life you have always wanted to live.
