About Me

Are you an accomplished person facing a new challenge? Believe you could make a greater contribution to your business, organization and family? My life mission is to help people and organizations reach their full potential. I collaborate with clients in diving deep to free inner resources, reveal answers to strategic questions, align with their core values, and create structures for growth.
I listen deeply to my clients and tailor my methodology to their needs. I employ mindfulness techniques, visualization, powerful questions, action plan development, leadership theories, happiness research, writing exercises & more to serve them and their goal(s) fulfillment.

I accumulated over 20 years’ experience as a business leader, entrepreneur and business coach, some acquired in a professional service and retail environment. I attained considerable strategic leadership and management expertise and a facilitator in various courses such as communications, feedback and change management.I am also at ease in the boardroom, having operated at board level in the non-profit sector. These together with my pragmatic, result oriented and business focused approach provide a unique and valuable dimension to my coaching.

I work in partnership with my clients for a period of 3 to 6 months. We meet every other week either in person, over the phone or on Zoom. Sessions last from 45-75 minutes. Before each session I will send a questionnaire to get you ready for the session. Then we will discuss the issues that are keeping you from being your best and discover ways to address those issues. At the end of our coaching relationship, clients are more confident, blockages have been removed and they are ready to head forward in life.

I work worldwide over Zoom with clients from mostly US and Sweden both I have also had clients from UK and Singapore.
