About Me

Hello, my name is Jessica! I have my graduate degree in psychology. I have 15+ years of experience in human services and adult facilitation/training. I am a strong believer in taking care of our mental health, nurturing ourselves so that we can be %100 for all of those that we support on a daily basis. Over the last 2 years I have been on a journey to connect to people in a much different way through wellness coaching. Providing support to people who want/need to be the best version of themselves. I am the owner of DiMauro Design & Consulting which offers coaching, consulting and project management. I am a lifelong learner who enjoys finding new approaches and methods to having a fulfilling life. I live on the coast of Maine. I am a mom of two. A boy, 12 and girl, 16. I have a wonderful husband of 12 years and my four legged yellow lab companion, Bella. I enjoy getting outside, camping, and watching the kids play sports. But most of all I love a great podcast, book and music to soothe me.
