About Me

My name is Jessica. I am married with 7 animals ( 4 dogs + 3 cats) and live in a small town in Missouri. I am an exvangelical who has spent the last 7+ years deconstructing & really coming into my own as an adult. I found talk therapy to be a huge help in my success. In addition, finding EFT tapping changed my life forever. I now utilize both with my clients. All I want is for every women to be able to truly know herself so she can live her best life as her best self!
