I am a very intuitively guided coach and I naturally know what people need. I am a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, I have a background in nutrition and in all of these practices I have come back to allowing my intuition to guide me to knowing what people need in any given moment. This will serve you greatly as people often allow logic to dominate instead of living their full truth. This causes much discomfort, unhappiness, and leads to an inauthentic way of living- and let’s face it, there is nothing more ‘sticky’ and ‘gooey’ than that!
