About Me

I have been coaching in some form since 2016. My first job as in the mental health field and since then iI have since worked with all sorts of clients from all types of backgrounds including CEOs, entrepreneurs, creatives, parents, students, and coaches to move from a place of stagnation and complacency to action and excitement.

I define health using the 8 dimensions of wellness which includes spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, social, environmental, professional, and financal areas. I use these dimensions of health to help clients focus on what is within their control to change in their life, clarifying their vision to reduce ambivalence and procrastination, and set realistic deadlines to check in on progress.

Then, depending on the client and their goal(s) the methods and models used may consistent of life coaching, career coaching, career advocacy, coaching for creatives, executive/leadership coaching, transitional coaching, and transformational (or mindset coaching).
