I obtained a Master's Degree in 2008 in Marriage & Family Therapy, a License in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2011, and have obtained several post-degree certifications including Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in 2020. For you, this means I've got a range and depth of tools to serve you! I've had many clinical jobs, due to high expectations of myself leading to exhaustion and very unhelpful perfectionism. You will enter the relationship reassured that your obstacles were my obstacles. And I found my way back to my natural gifts and helping heart. And I can help you do that too. I'm not judging and I'm NOT going to tell you to take a bath for self-care!
