About Me

I believe that everyone has strengths that when applied appropriately and intentionally lead to self discovery and clarity. We then use these strengths to discover how to approach life's obstacles. I believe that you cannot actually teach a person but help them to discover what was always there. Once its clear what the desired outcomes are (usually 2-3), we begin our work. These may include:
1. Work life balance
2. Decision making
3. Goal setting/career plan
4. Building healthy relationships
5. Prioritizing

Most recently I have been a solution finder, coach, and troubleshooter for one of the largest ed reform organizations in the U.S. I have a consulting firm that is focused on coaching and guiding leaders to make data driven decisions and not emotional ones. I believe that everyone needs some one to guide them through rough times without being judgmental or biased.
