About Me

I thrive on the beauty of life, nature, and guiding others to find their life's purpose. One of my most proud accomplishments is a Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology. I discovered in my early adulthood that I have a passion for exploring consciousness for the sake of creating new perspectives on life.

I also have a deep love for nature, I earned a certification as a master retreat coach to guide people to reconnect with themselves through nature. During graduate studies I earned a certificate as a transformational coach. I have always loved fitness and find a lot of healing power and stress management through body work , so I decided to become a certified personal trainer.

I have created three successful businesses and decided my true passion is to empower women to be all that they are and to accept themselves fully. My motto is, if you can dream it, you can do it!

Through my own journey of personal growth I have developed healthy and loving relationships with my family and lots of friends. I love living life to the fullest and experiencing all that it has to offer through new experiences such as traveling, skiing, backpacking, bodybuilding, and more.

I have gone through the rough times in life in order to learn how to navigate life's challenges and my own journey of personal growth has been my greatest teacher. I pride myself on being authentic, non-judgmental, empowered and empowering for others. In all, my goal in life is to help others find their way through this messy life in the most joyful way they can. I hope to contribute to the ascension of our global consciousness.
