About Me

I am passionate about health and wellness and have worked hard for years on my own health struggles, so I understand where you are coming from! Having dealt with weight and self confidence issues my whole life, I GET IT. There is no magic pill or easy way out, but putting in the hard work does not need to be a solo or tedious effort. I am here as coach and cheerleader, helping you to create and light the path to your own shining best life!

I have an MS in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition from the University of Western States, and am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I am an Ironman triathlete and enjoy time outdoors with my husband and my pugs Moose and Otis.

In addition to being a nutritionist and health coach, I work in the Talent Management field in a large company, so I also understand the demands of balancing work and life with wellness.
