About Me

Thank you for considering retirement coaching! After an intensive six-month certification program in life coaching, I decided to move forward in the retirement coaching specialization. I will graduate with my certification as a Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) in July 2014. I work with people (both pre-retirement and afterwards) who want more in retirement than a recliner and a TV. We will discuss your wants and needs for flexibility, fulfillment, and freedom in retirement, and determine how you will achieve balance, growth and meaning--whether you wish to continue working or not, or if you just don't know yet.

When we map out what you are retiring to, we will consider eight factors: life purpose, values, motivators/interests, talents, successes, desired activities, lifestyle/living environment, and lastly the finance factor. While we will not talk about your investments or other financial planning, we will discuss in depth your relationship to money and how it will factor into the life you live in retirement.

Let's get started on this second act! It's about finally answering to yourself rather than external workplace demands. Now is the time to live the good life after work.
