About Me

I offer Life & Leadership Coaching, nervous system support, instinctive meditation, and holistic approaches to process emotions that are preventing clients from moving forward.

I’m a heart-centered entrepreneur and CEO of Sacred Connections. I’ve been a holistic practitioner since 2006. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and also a Certified BodyMind Method Coach. I'm also Reiki and Emotion Code Practitioner, Instinctive Meditation Coach, Massage Instructor and Yoga Instructor I teach exceptional leaders how to catch their breath in life, and make empowered decisions so they can live impactful lives full of joy and ease.
I also offer quantum biofeedback sessions and many modalities to quickly release trapped emotions.

My superpowers are my empathy and grounded presence, fostering a safe and welcoming space for clients to completely be themselves. As a result my clients feel seen, valued and inspired to boldly step into their authenticity.

I’m a wife and mom of four. I was born and raised in Maryland, and now reside in Florida.
