About Me

My mission is to provide a safe mental space and expert coaching for you to experience powerful self growth. I find it important that you feel comfortable in our coaching relationship, so my first priority is to learn about you. During our first discovery call, I'll spend some time going over your learning style and goals and you will have the opportunity to get to know me as well. If you feel we are a good fit, we typically start with weekly, one hour sessions.

During these sessions, my job is to consistently help you move forward in a way that works for you. Sometimes, we just find ourselves "stuck" in a certain situation, whether it's a relationship or a career related decision, and other times there's a deeper issue at play. Whatever the case, the key is to find the path that is most effective for you, which we can do through a variety of ways, including the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, a values assessment, mindfulness training, goal accountability, and powerful questioning. All of these techniques will help you gain insight into how you can experience self growth.
