About Me
Hello! I’m Jen, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Certified Grief Educator with a background in Operations and HR. After years of working in corporate environments, I transitioned into coaching to combine my passion for personal growth with my commitment to helping others navigate life’s most difficult moments. I have also been a volunteer peer-in-grief facilitator for over 15 years.
I specialize in guiding individuals through grief, loss, and life transitions, helping them heal from unresolved trauma and rediscover themselves in the process. I also work with those seeking career change or feeling the pull toward a deeper, more purposeful life.
My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep listening. I am also informed on somatic experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and incorporate these techniques into my coaching practice. I believe that every person has the ability to create meaningful change, and I’m here to help you unlock your full potential—whether it’s through healing, self-discovery, or taking bold steps toward your next chapter.

I have made SO much progress with Jen! I have been in and out of therapy for 20 years for issues stemming from complex PTSD, and my progress throughout the years was steady, but frustratingly slow. However, with just a few sessions focusing on my present and future with Jen, I was already experiencing huge improvements. I think one of the main things she helped me do was to finally be able to separate my symptoms out of my sense of self... rather than being dragged down and drowning in my anxiety, she helped me view myself as a strong, creative, independent individual... who also has some anxiety happening in this other part of myself, that might need some attention. I started out with Jen afraid to walk down the street for fear of what might happen or who might talk to me... now I'm so strong that I don't even notice other people when I'm out and about.
