My process of coaching was inspired by the 4 layers of the earth (the EarthFire Process). There's the earths crust, the mantle, the outer core and the inner core.

+ The Earths Crust represents your outer shell or outer self you show the world

+ The Mantle represents all the events that added up to making you who you are right now.

+ The Outer Core represents your Core Desires and what you crave in order to be free

+ The Inner Core represents your undying, untapped potential and light being. The being you crave to be tapped into all the time.
