I help people feel better—from the inside out.

With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction recovery, spiritual disconnection, life transitions, and awakening. My work blends evidence-based therapy with spiritual life coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing, and custom meditation—creating a space that honors the whole person: mind, heart, body, and soul.

I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), empaths, intuitives, creatives, and those healing from spiritual or religious trauma. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrated. Each session is personalized and may include talk therapy, intuitive insight, guided visualization, White Light healing, or a channeled meditation—depending on what your healing process calls for in the moment.

You don’t have to choose between traditional therapy and spiritual support. Here, you can receive both—gently and with deep respect for your inner wisdom.

In addition to private sessions, I offer group experiences, corporate meditation, intuitive artwork, and a published memoir exploring my own journey of healing and awakening.

I offer in-person sessions in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and virtual sessions throughout the U.S.
