About Me

Welcome! I'm glad to be a part of your journey of self-discovery. I am a New Yorker with a California state of mind and a New York attitude.

I work with people who are looking to empower themselves and to become comfortable with their choices or decisions through mindfulness and action plans.

My active listening skills, curious nature, attention to detail, and desire to help people have shaped me into a trial attorney. My experience with investigating cases as well as with conducting depositions, hearings, and trials have allowed me to hone my active listening, investigative and questioning skills. However, I felt as if I was not helping enough. Therefore, I decided to become a confidence coach!

I love what I do and love to help people achieve their goals! I'm a strong believer that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed to the fullest.
