I am a National Certified Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis.
My personal coaching interest is in helping others lead a happy, healthy, productive life. We initially begin by defining what that means to you and then explore the means to get you there. Typical issues we tackle include difficulties in relationships, transitions, life balance, goal achievement, health and wellness, self-confidence, self-actualization, and much more.
