I bring 15 years of experience leading talent acquisition, talent management, and HR for organizations of all sizes—from startups to enterprises with 10,000 employees. My career includes serving as the HR leader for a joint-venture startup that created what is now Google Wallet and seven years in healthcare leadership. My work has been recognized by HR Today for Employer Branding excellence and honored with the IABC Award of Excellence for internal communications.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Management, Administration, and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas. As a certified ACC coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and founder of Joy of Work, I’m passionate about helping others align their careers with their broader life design and thrive in leadership roles.
