About Me

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.

I help individuals gain clarity, unlock their potential, and navigate life with courage and self-determination. My mission is to empower people to take control of their lives, tap into their inner strength, and confidently embrace change. I provide practical tools and a supportive space for meaningful, lasting transformation.

Through clarity, courage, and self-determination, I believe everyone can live a fulfilling life—on their own terms.

Having faced significant challenges myself—such as being born with a cleft palate and overcoming obstacles many thought impossible—I know firsthand that no barrier is too big to overcome.

At 16, I moved from Berlin to Bavaria by myself to begin a 3-year hotel training. Later, at 20, I joined the military but soon realized my true passion lay elsewhere. At 22, I pursued personal growth through NLP and earned my A-Levels as the first in my family.

From working as a butler on luxury cruise ships to leading an HR team in a tech company, I’ve continually embraced change and self-reinvention. I studied Media, Communication and Philosophy. At 30, I decided to use my voice and experiences even more by completing my life coaching certification.

Now, as a coach, I guide others in achieving their goals and dreams.
