I believe that we are all Somebody no matter our mental health status and I help others believe this in themselves as well
I have struggled with depression, anxiety, addiction, no confidence or esteem and abused myself, my mind and body for most of my life
I have tried many forms of therapy and medication - yet always still felt shitty, off, not right until I found Life Coaching
Now, I help humans, show humans, teach humans how depression and anxiety no longer has to hurt you, affect you or your life.
