About Me

I am a qualified professional, EMCC registered coach working with clients to achieve their goals. These may focus on relationship management, career progression, life coaching, behaviour management (e.g. low confidence or stress management etc), and interview technique.
I am a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist having worked for the NHS clinically, and strategically for 27 years. This experience enables me to be both challenging and supportive as a coach and an ability to build rapport and work with a diverse range of people. I have a Masters degree in Leadership and service improvement, a registered project and change manager. In my spare time I support people learning to Scuba dive.
I am also currently mentoring university students with disabilities to facilitate their learning and life skills. For this role I have studied counselling, neuro-linguistic programming, and cognitive behavioural coaching.
Ive travelled the world independently, learning about different cultures and customs. I speak Spanish at intermediate/advanced level and a real people person.
I am a sole trader, looking to expand my business by supporting people to be their best selves. 'Talk to transform' is the very essence of coaching, I love helping people to achieve their life goals.
